Henry Clerke (c. 1619 – 24 March 1687) was an English academic and physician, President of Magdalen College, Oxford, from 1672.    In the celebrated case of Anne Greene, who survived a hanging, the physicians intending to dissect the cadaver were Ralph Bathurst, William Petty, Thomas Willis, and Henry Clerke
