Character description

Mary Robinson, née Darby (27 November 1757–26 December 1800) was an English poet, novelist, and actress. She got the nickname "Perdita" from her most famous role. She was also known as the first public mistress of George IV. [Not to be confused with the 20th-century president of Ireland.]
