Character description

Michael Weyman is a young, attractive architect who is hired to repair the ill-placed Folly that the Stubbs erected on their estate, but it is a lost cause. He is also supposed to be designing a Chinese pagoda-style tennis pavilion (complete with dragons) for the Stubbs, which he considers to be in dreadful taste, but which would match Lady Stubbs' favorite hats. He is hoping to avert the addition of a billiard room.
