Character description

Nennius: early English author -- but of unknown date, origin, and even name. A confused work known as the Historia Britonum, completed c. 796, is usually attributed to him, but we have no real information about the author, and the manuscripts of the book are exceptionally diverse, making it hard to know just what he wrote.
