Character description

At 29, Sir Andrew, second son of a Viscount, works as an envoy of the British government, and has been knighted for his efforts.  He has blond hair and blue eyes.  He travels in Latin America to assess public sentiment concerning independence from Spain and agrees to take three of the Danville siblings with him as he returns London.   Oscar stays in Jamiaca, but Marco and Teresa continue to London under Danville's care.   He is engaged to Muriel Parr, niece of the governor of Jamaica, who, with her mother, with be traveling with Sir Andrew and the two Danvilles to London on the Destiny.
