Comics are also literature

Description: Comics have been looked down on for ages for not being "proper" literature. Some focus so much on the art of comics, they forget there even is a story. And some think that comics are mere entertainment for children and people with underdeveloped minds who simply can't appreciate "real" literature.

Lately however, comic artists and writers have fought back so hard that they are slowly working their way into and gaining their righteous place in literature.
