Description: For the fan of noir and hardboiled mysteries, in book and film: whether you love Hammett, Chandler, Ross MacDonald and the pulp fiction they sprang from; Graham Greene's noirish entertainments (and resulting films); Cornell Woolrich, James M. Cain, and women like Dorothy B. Hughes; or the far more recent treatments of James Ellroy, Elmore Leonard, and the like.
