McGonagall - the World's Worst Poet

Description: William McGonagall is widely regarded as the world's worst poet. He is also, arguably, its funniest.

An impoverished Scottish weaver from Dundee, he achieved immortality through his ability to compose poems that are, to this day, breathtaking in their clunky hilarity.

If you don't already own some of McGonagall's poetic gems, why not visit www.mcgonagall-online.org.uk (not my website, but well worth a visit all the same).

Pull up a chair in this virtual Dundee, and let us speak of Sir William Topaz McGonagall, Poet and Knight of the Order of the White Elephant, Burmah!
