I have always been told that polite people don't talk about religion or politics. The original Pro and Con is a place for people to raise political questions. Pro and Con (Religion) is a place for people of various backgrounds to raise spiritual questions.
Does God exist? How valid is the Bible? What is truth? Does science have a role in religion? What about religion and politics? (Let's offend everyone with that one!)
Come join in the discussion. Just remember these simple rules: Play Fair Be honest. Don't give offense, and don't take offense. Feel free to go after ideas. Do not go after people. Say what you believe, don't tell other people what THEY believe.
And most of all--Listen carefully. Most people who post on LT are worth hearing. Listen to them.
