Advertisement text: "WILL BE SOLD, Agreeable to Adjournment, At 9 o'clock, on Wednesday morning the 10th of January, at the late dwelling house of John Swanwick, Esq. All the Remainder of his Library of Books, of the most approved authors, agreeable to the catalogue, in lots to suit the purchaser. A large mahogony book case, with glass doors, and marble ornaments. Connelly and Co. Auctioneers. N.B. The purchasers at Thursday and Saturday's sale will please to have their goods removed agreeable to the condition of sale; a person will attend at the house to the delivery. Jan. 8."
