Advertisement text: "NOtice is hereby given, That on Friday the 17th Day of April next at Five of the Clock in the Afternoon will be Sold at Publick Vendue to the highest Bidder[s at] the House of Mrs Ann Slayton Inholder in Portsmouth in the Province of New-Hampshire a Doctors Chest, with a Quantity of Medicines, also a fine set of Instruments and a good Collection of valuable Books, chiefly relating to Physick; and sundry other Things belonging to the Estate of Joshua Penhallow late of Portsmouth aforesaid deceased. The Conditions of Sale to be seen at said Time and Place. Portsmouth, March 13th, 1740,1."
