Will: Gives to son Sketchley "one half my Books, all my surveying Instruments, ..." and to son John "the other half of my Books and the sum of Ten Pounds & my Watch."
Probate inventory:

- A bookcase and maps ("of Asia, Africa & Pennsylvania"), valued at £1/10

- At end of inventory a list of bequests is noted, and here Morton's sons John and Sketchley are each given "1/2 the books," with a value of £12, 10 shillings.
