- Thomas Hunter, Reflections Critical and Moral on the Letters of the Late Early of Chesterfield. Boston, 3rd edition, re-printed by J. Boyle (1780). – in bad shape, no writing other than Whipple signature on front cover.

- Richard Price, Observations on the Importance of the American Revolution and the Means of Making it a Benefit to the World London 1784, Re-printed Boston 1784 by Powars and Willis. Page one has William Whipple’s signature.
