I just wanted to check out who else has the book, Birth of the Other by Rosine Lefort, and I can see that, not only is that the only book we share, but it is just peripheral to your apparent predominant concern. Perhaps you might be interested in one more book, Fed Up: Understanding how food affects your child and what you can do about it, by Sue Dengate (Australian), www.ozemain.com.au/~sdengate. My own son, who has been raising his step-son (ADHD), found this quite useful.
