Just wanted to say I read and enjoyed your review of Chronicles of Narnia. I grew up reading the series and love it, and just recently received an omnibus after my box set disappeared years ago. I would only suggest that maybe Lewis isn't exactly predictable, but that he created a lot of the conventions used in modern children's/adult fantasy, so most people are already familiar with them, unless Lewis is their first exposure to the genre. Just my perspective.
