About meI live in Vermont with my husband Joshua, my son Gabriel and my dog Pablo. I spend my time chasing my son around and working for my parent's business. Nap times and late at night are when I sneak in my reading time.
Things I like besides books: chocolate, the ocean, my son's laugh, ice cream, writing long letters, French food, rainy days, politics, Jossua's gossip filled storys from work, lemondrop martinis and art (Italian renaissance, Pre-Raphaelite & Dali) .

About my libraryI try to read a mix of books, makes me feel as if I am giving my brain a workout. I have an interest in English History, though I'll read just about anything if it is history related. In the past few years I have been trying to add classics to my collection as I realize my schooling in this area was sorely lacking. However after a long classic I have no problem picking up a light and easy bestseller to give my brain a break.
