About meI'm a musician (violist) and freelance artist (mostly illustrator) by trade, but I've been a bibliophile since before I could read!

About my libraryMost everything in my creative life is somehow connected to a book or work of literature. Whether it's music (operas based on books always win me over), art (I love literary-inspired artwork) or movies (they never stick to the novel, unfortunately), it's usually based on something I've read.

That said, the majority of my books revolve around interests I've held at some point in my life. You can connect the reference books I have to the novels that pertain to that particular interest. At the moment, I'm most interested in music and musicians, so I tend to be gathering a lot of musically-informed novels.

I very rarely get rid of any of my books, so my collection thus far is the product of about 18 years of the 21 I've been alive.
