About meMy husband and I live in the foothills of the Adirondacks with our two dogs (Milo, A Cairn Terrier, and Brewster a Lab Mix) and our 2 Harleys. We are currently involved in a whole house remodel of our home, which is taking a lot longer than expected (IOW - it will never be complete).

About my libraryI love books and I love to read. I usually prefer non fiction books to fiction, unless it's Stephen King or James Patterson, about the only fiction I actually read. I have a lot of diverse interests, including law, religion, true crime, sociology and crafts. If we share a lot of the same books or interests, leave a comment and say "HI!"

Hi,

About the 24 OJ books: You are missing "We Are at Sidebar," a
great little book published in Canada, giving the details of what happened all of those times they went to sidebar.

Walraven, Jack. (1995). We Are At Sidebar. Victoria: Desktop Publishing.

You did say you are a "completist."

Click on the tag "OJ" - and then wait a little bit - the site has been sloooow lately in bringing up pages, but eventually it will get there!

I'm sure there are even more - although I do have some pretty obscure titles. I was a fanatic back in the day, and being a completist, well....

His son had a rock solid alibi, he was catering a large dinner party. I'm quite sure OJ is guilty. Although I doubt we'll ever really know what happened. I do trust teh DNA evidence. I'm not "conspiracy minded" as some people are, and think that Fuhrman planted evidence. Especially in light of the fact that a lot of evidence was photographed and seen before Fuhrman ever arrived.

Want to know something even weirder? I still have the entire trial on VHS tape. (I can't believe I admitted that!) I would tape it every day using a new tape, and it just sort of "happened".

We share a lot of titles - most likely we'll end up with even more in common if I ever get around to entering all the rest of the books I have in boxes in the attic.

Take Care!

Kate
I can't resist leaving a comment for someone who owns up to having 24 books about OJ Simpson (although I am unable to see them in your library). I didn't know there were that many books about him, at least not since the trials; I didn't care much about him before that. I'm still convinced he didn't do it, although he may have been present (NOT like John Karr!) with someone else. I have always suspected that "someone else" was his son. What do you think?

I would tape the trial while I was at work and then discuss it line by line with a co-worker half the night while we watched Gerlado Rivera. Ok, it was sick but we were really amused at the time.

I also read non-fiction almost exclusively and lots of true crime so take a look at what I have.
