About meI am an avid book reader, reviewer and blogger. You can find my reviews on my blog at: http:dreadlockgirl.com

Reading has always been one of my most intense passions, the idea that we can dive into someones mind, and feelings and situation right from the page is incredible to me. I am mostly into reading International Literature, but a good book is a good book no matter where it is from!

Noticed you liked The Glass Castle, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in reviewing my new novel and posting your comments here as well as a few other book-related sites. Thought you might like my book since it's also about a dysfunctional family (and also a bit dark). I could e-mail you the novel in an e-book format if you'd like (I'm out of physical copies at the moment). Let me know if you're interested. Here's a link to a summary in case you're interested:

Thanks,

Thank you, Bethany! I'll ship the book to you in tha morning via UPS. I look forward to hearing your thoughts about the story.

All best,

Jayne
Hey Bethany,

Just wanted to say hi over here as well!

Avis
hey bethany!:) nice to see you here as well!:)
Oh, I'm going to love looking at your library! Thanks for adding me! (((hugs)))
Lol glad to hear it :) Oh, and I live in south jersey too, not too far away from Vineland.... I agree though about the heat! It's 86 degrees out, feels like 94, and we have an excessive heat warning. Ugh.
Lol, well I don't know how many books you have... but I had a 1000. I had probably done about 200 by just filling out the info before I found out about it... but it was taking forever. So it really was a lifesaver! If you change your mind just let me know :)
Hey :) I realized that instead of just mentioning over and over how great the scanner is, I could just lend you my scanner if you want...?
LT didn't have the scanner when I joined. I entered them myself. Now it's just maintenance, adding new books as I get them. Probably not enough to make the scanner a worthwhile purchase for me. Unless, of course, I suddenly find myself with a new library to add...
Hello!!! Good to see you here. Thanks for the friend invitation :)
Hi! I actually had a hard time digging it up, but you have to email your request to lindsey@librarything.com. In your request, include your current username, one or more alternate usernames, and your password. In the instructions, they suggest changing your password for the time that your account is being changed. I hope this helps, Jennifer
I 'recognize' you from the blog world!
