I just looked through your local history collection. Amazing, that you can really enjoy looking at titles like that. Over the past 2 years I have traveled much of this country from Georgia to PA and seen many of these places. I have found myself following Washington...very interesting. Most recently a day in Alexandria.

Thanks for tagging my library as interesting. I am flattered. Of course I went and checked yours out. Welcome as a new member: I joined in August of 2008 and am enjoying it more and more. I hope that proves true for you as well. I will likely come back to check your library for ideas once I read my way through enough Chesapeake Bay material. I can tell you are interested in history and architecture. Do you do geneology? I don't but my mom did and I have the benefit of her work. Some of your history books touch on areas she researched. I am particularly going to be interested in the one on early New Amsterdam.
