About meI'm a surfer and a booklover, especially surfing books. My user name says it all (boards is slang for bookcovers). I live in OB, but grew up in Tierrasanta. I work in PB, so I can usually catch some waves before and after work without any problem. Sometimes if the surf's up I can even catch a couple at lunch. I keep a shortie and a couple of boards at work (and some books for when things are too glassy).

About my libraryI am having trouble cataloging all of my books because my best stuff is old Surfing and Surfer magazines. I am proud to say I have a complete set of Surfer's Journal, but they don't have ISBN numbers. Steve Pezman is a righteous dude and I think he is one of the best writers around. I'm not sure how to put them in.
