It does cover a lot more than the first book. While the first book primarly focused on cleaning products the second book focuses on all things children. She talks a lot about the illnesses plaguing our kids including childhood obesity and Rhematoid Arthritis in babies as well as gives you small things that you can do to lower the odds for your child. What I really liked about this book is that she talks about the fact that we need to be advocates for our children in the public school and public places where our kids are exposed to so many unhealthy things. Hope this helps!
