About meResident of the UK, formerly of Australia, and have been enjoying books since I was 4½ years old. I wish I had more time to read, but I do what I can, when I can these days. My readings interests are now focussed on the esoteric and occult areas.
About my libraryNot as large as I would like it, but still improving. Mostly consists of books relating to paganism, as I am trying to find my way amongst the myriad of traditions.

Thanks for your great list of books. I can't wait to start reading and collecting them. Part of the fun is in the thrill of the hunt of looking for, finding and collecting them. That's how it was for me when I first started reading and collecting Stephen King in 1978 and Anne Rice in the early 80s. I'd hear about some signed, numbered, limited edition Stephen King coming out at the time and I decided I just had to get a copy no matter how much $$$$ it cost me. I had a lot of fun building up my Stephen King collection to what it is today. You know it's a kind of a challenge if you look at it that way. Though when I first heard that Anne Rice was going to stop writing her Vampire Chronicles books and dedicate the reat of her life to writing only about the fictional life of Jesus she lost me as a fan. I still have all of her Vampire Chronicles some of her Sleeping Beauty books and the New Tales of the Vampires. She said since she found Religion again she dedicated her life to writing only books about the fictional life of Jesus. I say why can't she still write her horror novels for her long-time fans like myself and then write the stories about Jesus for her newer fans thereby satisfying all of her fans. After all it was her horror novels that made her famous and a house hold name in the first place. I feel she owes it to us to continue writing her Vampire Chronicles books. Well anyway, Thanks again for the list of books. I'll let you know how I'm doing on finding the books from your list and after I've had a chance to read some of them too.

I would really love to see your list that you've compiled for the various different traditions:
celtic/brythonic
angl-saxon/norse
witchcraft/magic
I thought that magic is what magicians like David Copperfield, Harry Blackstone & Houdin would do up on a stage like card tricks and optical illusions and magick was more like what you see in the Harry Potter books and films. I'd really appreciate seeing a copy of your list BrythonWitch.
Thanks,

That being said, find it in a library. The prices that I see online for that book are outrageous. I found my copy in one of those sales that libraries have whenever they need to make space for new additions to their shelves.

Been having a browse through some of your books tahgged as pagan. I've recently finished reading some Bernard Cornwell novels set in ancient Britain that feature druidism. This has piqued my interest so I wonder if you could recommend a good introductory book on the subject. Cheers. :-)
