About meI'm an Episcopal priest. This is probably clear from most of my library books. Aside from reading voraciously, I love karaoke and hiking with my dog, Alvie. Oooh! And tea is a must. Tea is the solution for all problems (at least that is what my Scottish grandmother thinks) :-)
About my libraryMy library has many theology books, but I also LOVE all sorts of genres. I especially adore Phil Rickman, Peter Tremayne, L.M. Montgomery, Edith Wharton, Joanne Harris, Alice Hoffman, Susan Howatch, and many, many others.

Gary's username is photoldo. I hope you are doing well. Montgomery is very, very hot in the summer.
God's Peace

I see you are fond of Phil Rickman. He's one of my favorites. Have you read any of Dean Koontz's Odd Thomas books? If not, I highly recommend them, especially the first one in the series.
Peace,
Angela

I'm pleased that you are finding LT useful.
I have read a few of Phil Rickman's books, although in truth I can't remember the character that you mention. My User Name in fact comes from a minor character in a book by P.G.Wodehouse called 'Uneasy Money'. The person in question is a film star (and I quote) "acquires a puma which seems totally devoid of any news sense. The animal suddenly strikes mid-season form. Having clawed the lift-boy,it bites a postman, holds up the traffic and is finally dispatched by a policeman." Now I am far from being a film star and do not own a puma!,I just liked the name.(and needless to say,the works of Wodehouse.
Anyway I hope to speak to you again soon.
Best wishes.

I have just spotted your note adding me to your list of "Interesting Libraries',for which many thanks.I have been collecting for many years and all the items that you see are actually owned by me.I have not as yet added my DVD collection,as I see you have. You will see my indecision on my Profile page.I would be interested to hear your views to help me make up my mind.
I also see that you are quite new to this great site. How are you finding your way around it. Personally,my main areas of use and those that I find most useful are Talk,Local,Series and Stats generally. What do you find useful (and useless)
Must have a look around you library for a few ideas.
I couldn't agree more with your tea comment, there is nothing so refreshing.
All the best from the UK.

I don't know Gary's handle. He's on holiday and I'm not sure when they return.
I am actually connecting to you from the lobby of my hotel in Chester, England, right now. Susanna Metz and the Anglican Tour 2008 will be joining me tomorrow for a tour of cathedral's in England until June 10th.
Take care & hope all is going well with your move. When do you move anyway? I think you were saying early June.
Peace,
the fablist

Your name came up today on the way to Jamie's ordination. Either Sean or Julie said that you have over 700+ books. Once you get them all logged in, it will be a cinch to keep it up. I just add as I get new ones. I only have 455 books; but they are all tagged according to the seven canonical areas. I will get more detailed with my tags once I get settled in Montgomery.
Hope you're doing well.
