> 70 - Description of Adamsberg

"The man was short and dark, and he looked like a pig's breakfast. His hair was all tousled and he'd rolled his jacket sleeves halfway up his unshirted forearms." (p. 33, Have Mercy On Us All, Fred Vargas.

Sorry I took so long.

Thanks so much for the comments on the Excaliber Murders. It is such a great story that I want a great book that can carry on the legend. So you saved me from a bad purchase. :) Have a great day!

Sorry, got caught up with some other stuff the past few months that didn't leave much time for reading.

I'm glad Hominids got some interest this time around, didn't seem to get much at all when I nominated it earlier.

I'll probably skip book 2 as there is some other books I'd like to get read, but will try to join back in for book 3.
Hey. I was playing the "Pick a book you haven't read yet" game and your library was up next. Your library is full of mysteries I may want to read sometime. And yeah, chocolate rocks :)
Hi extrajoker,

How about taking your "A Story in Titles" back to the "List Five Books" group as:

"Use five titles to tell a story."

Candace

That's a great idea! I don't have much time right now, but I may have to do that. Or else you could start up a thread like that; I certainly wouldn't mind!

Thanks for the comment, and happy reading!

-- Lori :)
Yes, Candace, I must agree with you. It is nice to be here that it often takes time away from reading...but I like it anyway!!!!!!
