About meI'm the author of the historical fiction novel THE LAST QUEEN, about Juana la Loca of Castile (Ballantine Books, 2008) and THE SECRET LION, a mystery set in the Tudor court of Edward VI (Two Bridges Press, 2006).
THE LAST QUEEN was a Marin Independent Journal bestseller and will be released in trade paperback in May, 2009. My next novel, THE CONFESSIONS OF CATHERINE DE MEDICI, will be released in the spring of 2010.

I was given 'The Last Queen' for my recent birthday. Enjoying it very much as I have an interest in the Renaissance and Spanish history. Look forward to THE CONFESSIONS OF CATHERINE DE MEDICI!
