About my libraryI'm finally done cataloguing (well, until I buy more books anyway, which does happen with rather terrifyingly short intervals). There are probably some strays lying around but the main bulk have now been registered.

I've decided not to catalogue my old children's and YA books as I'd like to finish sometime this decade. I will however include those children's and YA books that I still read on a fairly regular basis (like Harry Potter, and the Narnia books for example), or those that have been required reading on college courses and the like. Or, you know, those I feel like adding.

My tagging habits are random and strange. Pay them no attention.

This is my LibraryThing for the books I own. My ReadingThing handle is Vaysh.

Noticed you liked The Virgin Suicides, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in reviewing my new novel and posting your comments here as well as a few other book-related sites. Thought you might like my book since it's also about a dysfunctional family and a bit dark. I could e-mail you the novel in an e-book format if you'd like (I'm out of physical copies at the moment). Let me know if you're interested. Here's a link to a summary in case you're interested:

I've friended you simply because anyone who is named after Pellaz's consort deserves note. I'm on LJ too if you're interested :D

Re Malmo, thank you! I will poke at the library site. I have found some information in English and ordered some tourist brochures.
Dear Caeru, I saw that you had Everybody Hurts which I'm currrently reading. I think it's very, very funny, but I am neither young nor an emo person -- don't even have any friends who are -- emo that is. So I wondered what you thought of the book? Then I saw your post about your computer and the thesis. I hope things have gotten better. Good luck in the New Year. D. (a librarian)
Thanks so much for your help! I'll be getting it then.
Hi, I was wondering if you found Andrew Ginger's Country Houses of England,Scotland, and Wales to be worthwhile? How are the images? Thanks!
