About my libraryThis is where I'm compiling my wishlist, since LT doesn't have the function yet. I think it's a wicked cheat to add the books I don't have to the list of the books I do have, so I'm parking all of my I Want 'Ems here.

do you have a copy of "splendeur de la cour de Saxe: Dresde a Versailles" if so how did you get it I have been trying to track one down since I saw the exhibition at the Louvre but foolishly did not buy one then.
You're welcome. :)
LOL, splendid idea! I should have thought of that... ;)

Say, Have you seen this book? It's an Eddie autobiography of sorts. :)
You wrote, "That's my boyfriend! ;)"

LOL, if you get tired of him, send him along in my direction. ;)
I originally saw this picture in the Velvet Goldmine Illustrated Screenplay book. I must have flipped past this picture 10 times, thinking the poster on the wall behind him was some woman done up to look like Jean Harlow or Mae West or someone. Nope. It's Eddie. :)
I discovered Eddie from watching him in the film, "Velvet Goldmine." Then I looked him up and found out he was a comedian as well as a film actor. I was lucky enough to get to see him in concert a few years ago. He was in drag - a tight red top, a black skirt with a big slit up the side, and high-heeled boots. Very fun. Honestly, I think more men should wear women's clothes... ;)
Cool Eddie Izzard reference in your user name and profile photo. I just adore him! :)
Wait a minute... Hot Gimmick is on your wishlist??
That's Bijou, one of our pet rats.
