About meI'm a librarian based out of Des Moines, Iowa. I read anything and everything I can get my hands on with a particular focus on children's books lately. I just started a children's book blog that I'm enjoying immensely. When I'm not reading I write, hike, bird-watch, take photographs, scuba dive, and juggle. I'm trying to teach myself to draw so that one day I can illustrate my own picture books.

About my libraryYou'll find a bit of everything here. My goal, foolish or otherwise, is to use LibraryThing as a life-list. I'm slowly adding my personal library in and am trying to remember all the books I've ever read. I'm doing this mostly out of curiosity but also as a reminder.
