About meReadaholic, writeaholic, drawaholic, chocoholic.
Freaky-good long-term memory, but not so good with the short-term stuff.
Learnt to read before her second birthday.
Keeps up a running commentary on the world around - in her head, not out loud.
Writes an awful lot of fanfiction, under the nickname she invented when she was eleven. She can't be bothered changing it.
Likes zombies. Does not like vampires.
Equally clumsy when it comes to walking, eating, thinking on the spot and interpersonal relationships.
Tends to write in dot points when it comes to writing about herself.
Actually really hates writing about herself in third person so is going to stop now.
My picture is called Inseperables. It was painted by Florence Fuller, circa 1900, and hangs in the Art Gallery of South Australia. It is one of my favourite paintings, and I thought the subject suitable, so - tada!
About my libraryI seem to have a lot of out-of-print books; mostly fiction, although I have a couple of 1950s books on How To Be The Perfect Woman as well. I don't much like fantasy, although I do have two whole shelves full of fantasy books. I adore anything historical, both fiction and non-fiction, so I have quite a lot of historical fiction and Amusing Anecdotes from the blah-dee-blah-dee-blahth century. I have too much chick-lit for my own good, although I don't read it much. All in all, I have around 650 books, most of which I have read at least twice. What's the use of owning books if you don't re-re-re-re-re-re-re-read them?

And what do you mean you don't like fantasy? Blasphemy! The Abhorsen series is especially good . . .
