About me25. Bookseller (used, new, remaindered, internet, warehouse, fairs, I've sold all types of books everywhere). BFA from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago.

Interested in art history, particularly outsider art and the history of comics in America and Japan. Primarily a fiction reader, though I go between literary fiction and trashy paranormal romance and everything in between. Occasional nonfiction reader, though my nonfiction interests outside of "scholarly" reading are fickle and random.

About my libraryI've been here how long and I still don't have all my novels in? I'll have to fix that some day.

Debating over whether to add the scant 32-page comic collection I have here as well. Mostly random stuff, Shazam/Captain Marvel, random 60s romance comics, a few other things that catch my interest. It's less than 10 issues.

My Japanese comic collection is large and cataloged in a different account (simside). All my other comics are under this account, though. There's about five crossover books, mostly the few nonfiction volumes and a couple novels.

Noticed you liked Back Roads, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in reviewing my new novel and posting your comments here as well as a few other book-related sites. Thought you might like my book since it's also about mental illness (and a bit dark). I could e-mail you the novel in an e-book format if you'd like (I'm out of physical copies at the moment). Here's a link to a summary (and a sample chapter)in case you'd like to read more about the novel before you commit:

Thanks,

I did find you because you were the only one who'd reviewed the Highsmith short story things. :)
