About meMy name is Mary Lavers, the book blogger behind Cozy Little Book Journal. I frequently review books on my own blog (at least one a week, on average) and also post reviews on a number of public forums, including GoodReads, Amazon, Shelfari, ChaptersIndigo, etc.

About my libraryMy preference is for contemporary literary fiction, with a soft spot for cozy mysteries, but I also enjoy many kinds of fiction and non-fiction. I also have occasional "guest blogs" on my website from my preschool-aged daughter in which we discuss chapter books that we've read together.

I just wanted to say that I loved the movie Secretary as well. Much better than Fifty Shades. :)
Hi Mary,

just read your review of The Headmaster's Wager and wanted to tell you I thought it was excellent. The book was recommended by an LT member who is a reliable source for me, but your review is what made me add it to the wishlist and really want to read it.

Thanks,

Ilana
Mary, hi. So sorry for delay. Did you get the book? If not, please send me your address and I will make sure you do. Best, Starbuck
