Did I thank you for the nice review and rating of my "A Pure Double Cross"? I'm no good at remembering these things.
Anyway I think you'll like Book Two, which is set in post-war Berlin. Hal gets back to doing his spy thing.
If you enjoy darkly comic police procedurals you might like my first book "Crystal Meth Cowboys," which is set in a gritty central California town in the mid-90s. It was optioned by Fox for a TV series.
