RE War in KY: See also "Liddell's Record" for some interesting views on the campaign (great little book). I see you have GLORIETA in your library, check my library under Southwest TAG for other books on that campaign you might find of interest. Cheers,

I looked at my copy and it seems uniformly colored (off white) all the way around. I hope this helps.

You are most welcome.

Thank you for the thought on the American predreadnought book but I have it already. I checked the author entry and saw that your copy was somehow solo and had not matched with the other entry with four members. It's now been combined. A similar situation evidently occurred with your Robinson US Navy airship book.

I thank getting married relatively late in life for the size of my collection. Buying books for retirement is no longer a valid use of funds. :)
