About meI'm currently at UCL doing an MA in Library & Information Studies. I was at Oxford University until August 2009 working as a library trainee. Before that I was a philosophy student at York University in the north of England. I'm originally from a town beside the seaside in Northern Ireland. The photo is of my dog, Benson, who is into existentialism and French symbolist poetry, being the meaning-seeking esthete-beagle that he is.
About my libraryTake a look for yourself. It's not that interesting. My favourite book is probably the really early All Quiet on the Western Front (1930). It's a first edition, first reprint. It's not worth anything, I just like the book. I'm also very attached to my copy of The Catcher in the Rye, which is the only book I've kept from my teenage years.
