About meMarried home-maker who loves to read. I enjoy gardening, walking, travelling and especially my 2 grandchildren. I babysit a lot and after a busy day with two kids, I love to curl up with a good book and relax! I come from a family of readers and we are always passing books around. So I read a lot of books my brother liked, or my sister liked, or one of my daughters liked, in this way I get a lot of variety!
About my libraryI enjoy many types of books but I have a weakness for mysteries, especially British Detective Mysteries by authors such as Ian Rankin, Peter Robinson, Graham Hurley to name just a few. Ruth Rendall, Minette Walters, Elizabeth George and Val McDermid are also favorites. I also enjoy historicals, westerns, some fantasy, and even the odd Chick-lit. Thanks to my brother I also enjoy action adventure stories like Wilbur Smith.
