About my libraryI've only just begun to catalog stuff. Can't wait to get it all up here. I've got a lot of historical, children's, and mainstream fiction. I also really enjoy 19th century British fiction. Dickens is a major all time favorite. I deeply admire Ursula K. LeGuin. I've just added a list of my favorite authors, but really, it could never be completely accurate or up to date as I could never repay the debt I owe to the endless stream of authors and books that have played such a huge part in molding the shape of my thoughts and the way I think about the world.

"Beginning today, treat everyone you meet as if they were going to be dead by midnight. Extend to them all the care, kindness and understanding you can muster, and do it with no thought of any reward. Your life will never be the same again." -- Og Mandino
Hello Dene! I still have not returned to the nest. Hopefully in a week or two. I got a chance to browse through your library. You have lots of very interesting books. I will definitely have to get a copy of 1491. I really enjoy pre-columbus, pre-colonial and colonial American History. At least, lately I have. I guess I could talk about history forever. All periods. If you ever get a chance to go to Newburyport and stand on the shore and look out where the Merrimac River empties into the ocean you might say Hi to some of my DNA and rolex watch which might still be stuck in the mud at the bottom of the bay there. Although by now I suppose it could be well out into the ocean. But who knows. Have a good day!
Thanks for the reply Dene. It's seldom that anyone answers my comments. I have been away from home for quite awhile and have not had the opportunity to catalog any books but when and if ever I get back I will add more books. Thanks again.

I'll bet you really liked Mayflower, living so close to where it all took place. I think it was one of the best books I have ever read. I also think it would be a good book for extra reading in a High School American History course.
I found you, dear. Happy Valentines
