About my libraryMy library basically has four parts: work and study books (computer and programming stuff), manga, literature and the rest. Literature also contains lecture because I don't care what a critic thinks as long as I enjoy reading it.

I'm trying to grow my library to include some more non-scifi and fantasy books but with a tight budget and a new office that needs shelves and a desk that will take a while.

I saw your post about going to each book page individually to enter the data acquired, and I thought you might be interested in an easier way: after you've entered your books, go to the catalogue and choose a display style that includes both entry data and date acquired. Sort by entry date, so the books you just entered will be at the top. Then enter the date acquired for the first book, and copy and paste it for the other books. It saves a bit of time at least :)
