About meMy family and I recently uprooted from the planet earth and moved to Bethel, Alaska.
About my libraryWe pared down about 3/4 of our possessions, and when we were over-budget on moving day, we had to sacrifice our books (they're heavy, and the cost of shipping was exorbitant), so my "Library" is sitting in a garage in Nebraska. More than anything else we sacrificed, the books were the most difficult, but life did go on! Fortunately our inter-library loan program here is functional, and amazon.com has free shipping often, even to Alaska! Maybe a "virtual library" will help ease my mind?

This is a pretty strange collection. Lots of my favorites and just some others that I happened to have read recently. There are lots that I had on here at one time but took off to make room for others. It is kind of a fun challenge to keep it under 200. I know I could pay and post more but I think I like it better this way. I think I have most of them. There are some that I haven't read at all and some lots that I have not read ALL of. There are maybe just a few that I don't have AND haven't read. Some made the list purely for sentimental reasons. There are actually probably several that I really didn't like. There are plenty that I will probably remove.
