I am a writer. Thx for noting the group!
I posted the cupcake recipe on the Sweet Treats! groups under cupcakes.
Really good recipes for cupcakes on these blogs:
Scent of Green Bananas
Cupcake Bakeshop
You must check out the links to other cupcake blogs there like, 52 cupckaes, etc.
I just made Cinnamon Toast cupckaes, with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting from Anne Byrn's Cupcake Mix book. So good, I wish I made a triple batch!
Cyber Chocolate
You must check out some of her links!
I try not to go in there (Chocolate Group) to often as I'm on a cupcake binge. Although the kids are getting a little tired of cupcakes! Imagine that! They did ask for brownies recently, maybe I should surprise them, even though I had one more cupcake recipe I wanted to try before doing an angel food cake...oooh wait...with dark chocolate sauce...

Have you checked out some of the blogs I get the images from! Too good! I think the current one in the Chocolate groups is from Chockylit. I recently made her chocolate cupcakes in ice cream cones, with a dark chocolate buttercream frosting! So wonderful! I used her cupcake recipe, but used Anne Byrn's recipe for frosting. Glad the images are inspiring! They are 100% fat free!
Glad you liked my collection. Not as impressive though when you take into consideration that half of those books have not been read. It's quicker to buy then read, so the unread stack always dominates. My pic is an image from the 1927 "Nosferatu," the first vampire film and one of my personal favorites. It's public domain, so I use an image from it for nearly all my public online profiles.
one more and i'll stop bugging you.

i've tried a thousand times to read Ulysses. never got past the first page.

i know ... i know ...

but when i'm reading it, i feel like the kevin kline character in "A Fish Called Wanda"

maybe next life, i'll read it again and understand it.
Love the profile pic you chose. Glad to have you at the LibraryThing Coffeehouse, by the way.
Hi there. Thanks for your comment. Nice to see other Brooklynites here.
