About meI have my master's in literature and am currently getting together application materials for Ph.D. programs.

About my libraryI thought my library was big when I started this thing, but now I see how quickly it is being dwarfed by my friends'.

Noticed you liked Light in August, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in reviewing my new novel and posting your comments here as well as a few other book-related sites. Thought you might like my book since it's also southern and a bit dark. I could e-mail you the novel in an e-book format if you'd like (I'm out of physical copies at the moment). Here's a link to a summary (and a sample chapter)in case you'd like to read more about the novel before you commit:

noce collection of poetry books.

plus i see you're a blood-drinker!

too cool for school.
Nice to meet you on here, we only have a few books in common but I honestly prefer seeing libraries with books that I don't have...maybe something will catch my attention that way.
Here's one request for a review of Gautreaux' "Welding with Children" that jumped out at me from your library. Can you judge a book by its title?
Oh, I clicked on your blog link... congrats on the masters degree! I just started working towards my masters in Library Science.
You must keep trying. Its a thick book and thick writing, but its worth it. I've read it twice. I've been thinking about giving it another go... matter of fact I liked it so much that I bought an original edition (cost me a hunnert bucks! *lol). Give it another go.

Do you have the three disk dvd set?
Stones of Summer one of my favorite books ever! Have you seen the documentary Stone Reader?

Happy reading
