Oh just had a better look at your profile and I can see you are reading 'The Childrens Book' and I think we may have exchanged a book or two over at Bookmooch. It sure is a small place in the virtual bookworld! LOL
Just wanted to comment in regard to your excellent review of Wolf Hall by Hilary Mantell. I am awaiting the arrival of my copy from the Book Depository and so looking forward to reading this one. Have you read any others on the shortlist?

Jenny
I just read your review of Emma's War. It is spot on. I read this over a year ago and I had the same thought, this is a good introduction to trying to understand the mess Africa has become. Thanks.
Noticed you liked Girl Interrupted, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in reviewing my new novel and posting your comments here as well as a few other book-related sites. Thought you might like my book since it's also about a disturbed young girl's mental illness and also a bit dark. I could e-mail you the novel in an e-book format if you'd like (I'm out of physical copies at the moment). Let me know if you're interested. Here's a link to a summary in case you're interested:

Megami, Thanks for picking my library as one of interest.
Hi Megami. I just added a book we have in common (http://www.librarything.com/work/book/39...) and checked your profile. I've only recently joined LibraryThing. It's good to see another Canberran here! I was wondering whether the Currently Reading and Recently Read entries in your profile are automatically generated. If so, could you point me in the direction of the source code?

Cheers.
Hello Miss M!

So great to hear from you! Sounds like a rather huge relocation from OZ
to the UK - but exciting as well! Where in the UK will you be living?
When is the big move? Lucky you is all I can say - for I'd love to have lived
in Australia AND England!

Looking at your most recent additions, are you a musician or perhaps, a teacher?

All is well here in California. I'm working at a winery and having a blast.

A very happy holiday season to you, dear friend!
