About meI'm a suburban librarian -- or rather, "library associate" who typically does not enjoy much reading. Contradiction? Perhaps, but I just love libraries and enjoy helping people. :)

About my libraryBecause I read so little, I wanted to keep track of what books I have read. I'm incredibly selective about what I read and tend to start books and then give up part of the way through. Most of what I enjoy has a sci-fi or fantasy feel to it, or is centered around a gay character in some way. It has to have some level of humor, well written or powerful story elements. Or perhaps lovable witty characters.

Other things I will read, and just tough through reading them, are books that a lot of my teen/YA readers are interested in. For example, the Twilight series, which I hate.
