Noticed you liked Clockwork Orange, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in reviewing my new novel and posting your comments here as well as a few other book-related sites. Thought you might like my book since it's also about a group of violent kids (and also a bit dark). I could e-mail you the novel in an e-book format if you'd like (I'm out of physical copies at the moment). Let me know if you're interested. Here's a link to a summary (and a sample chapter) in case you'd like to read more about the book before you commit:

Hi! Glad we're friends!
Hi Rob, Thanks for the note! I have to disappoint you about the car in the photo, though. Neither the car nor the stuffed panda inside it is mine. That photo was taken in front of the dusty old motel in Barstow, California that my wife and I stayed during on a road trip last year. The car was just sitting their in the motel parking lot with the panda in the front seat, and my wife made me pose in front of it. And although I have several volumes of short stories by Chinese writers, I haven't gotten around to reading any of them, yet. So I guess I'm a disappointment there, too! I am looking forward to reading those stories, though, if that helps. It's just that the TBR stack is so high! Anyway, hope all's well down SoCal way. Give a holler if you're ever up in SF and I'll make a point of reading some of those Chinese stories before you get here! First pint's on me.
Greetings! Don't know if you care about such things, but thought I'd let you know I just uploaded a slightly off-center but still quite presentable cover jpg for a volume called Contemporary Chinese Stories, by Chi-Chen Wang. You and I are the only two LTers with this book in our collections. Cheers from San Francisco!
Hello HarrisonF,

I'm writing to ask your connection to Harrison Forman. My initial interest in his books was because of a family connection -- he was my mother's cousin. I would be interested in learning more about him and your interest in his writings.

Regards,
Ed Brodzinsky
