About my libraryMy shelves are organized, but I'm not. I still have far too many books tagged as unread. Unfortunately, I am a shopaholic when it comes to good deals on books, and I work near a used book store. I'll never catch up, and I would worry if I ever did.

H. H. THE DALAI LAMA:
I believe that to meet the challenges of our times, human beings will have to develop a greater sense of universal responsibility. Each of us must learn to work not just for oneself, one's own family or nation, but for the benefit of all humankind. Universal responsibility is the key to human survival. It is the best foundation for world peace.
I really enjoyed your review of The Silver Chair. So many of the others on that page were either shallow or shockingly aggressive; it was refreshing to see something so thoughtful and well-written. Happy reading!
