You posted in the BookMooching community about putting up a copy of The Old Man and the Sea, and I wanted to comment and tell you that I would be so glad if you'd reserve it for me. I don't need the book for a little while, apparently, so there would be no rush. My BookMooch user name is randomchoirho.
Really, thank you so much for offering. I wasn't gladly anticipating buying a $12 book when I know I'm only going to read it once. You're a lifesaver!

I'm Karen Harrington and I just learned you were one of the winners of JANEOLOGY via the Member Giveaway. Woo! I've just put the book in the mail to you. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it.
Wishing you the best,

I see you have Freddy the Pig in your library. I just wanted to mention that I am a member of Friends of Freddy, a national fan club for the Freddy books. We publish a newsletter and hold a biannual convention, but are planning an off-season convention in New Jersey this spring to look at the Kurt Wiese material. If you would like to learn more, please check out www.freddythepig.org.
Best,
Patsy
