About meI am a 25 year old mother of two toddlers and wife to one wonderful man. Though Mr. B. is as fabulous as they come, he doesn't quite understand my love for novels. That's where my online book discussions, blog and librarything come in. I have to share the passion with someone!

About my libraryMy library is a compliation of my TBR list and books I've read through the years. I've just recently started keeping track of my reading and am finding it a very fun obsession.
I read popular fiction, best-sellers, my favorite authors, some Christian fiction, some chick-lit, some historical fiction and selected young-adult novels. I love memoirs and biographies too.
I keep an updated book blog and review my books there.

Hey, Ms. B, you'r on my weighted match list, and I think you're the only person I've come across who's read The Dive from Clausen's Pier. So I have to ask if it had the same effect on you that it did on me. I was completely captivated with her descriptions of sewing, the weight and textures of the fabrics, every step she detailed. I used to sew quite a bit before my first was born, and this book made me want to drop everything and run out to the nearest fabric store. I thought she was such an amazing writer that I was disappointed when I read her next novel, which was on the NYT bestsellers list and not nearly as good.
Noticed you liked The Glass Castle, and I was wondering if you'd be interested in reviewing my new novel and posting your comments here as well as a few other book-related sites. Thought you might like my book since it's also about a dysfunctional family (and also a bit dark). I could e-mail you the novel in an e-book format if you'd like (I'm out of physical copies at the moment). Let me know if you're interested. Here's a link to a summary in case you're interested:

Thanks,

YES! I love this site! I'm having so much fun. This weekend I had BIG hopes in getting EVERY book I've ever read on here. BUT....I can't even remember them all...so I don't think that will happen. :)
HM, Did you make it through the story about the mid-wife? It sounded interesting. I'm reading Love in the Time of Cholera. I wanted to read it before I saw the movie. Have you read it or seen the movie?
Hi,

I've added your library to my interesting library list since we share many similar titles.
I'm going to check out your blog as well. I just started one as well, it's listed on my profile page.

Hi, Healthy Mom! What are you reading this summer?
Hi, HealthyMom. I see you have The Other Bolyen Girl in your library. Did you see the movie?
Hi Healthymom! I haven't been over to Fiction Lovers in ages! I just can't seem to find the time - the time between the books read is getting longer and longer!
What did you think of the conclusion of the Senator's Wife?
Hey there Mrs. B! I'm glad you found me, and thanks for the note! :-)
Hey Mrs. B! Good to "see" you. Thanks for reading my blog. I just put yours in my favorites. The bad thing about all these online resources is that my TBR list is out of control!! BTW - My DH doesn't get it either.
