This is a catalog of all print resources we have in the library. Any legal materials must be used in the library. No check out is available for the general public due to the small size of the library collection. Local attorneys practicing in Island County may check out non-reserve items for up to one week.

Library staff cannot give legal advice or interpret legal materials for you. They can assist you with locating legal research materials or other resources.

The Island County Law Library is part of the Island County Superior Court. The Law Library is open for the public and the legal community to access materials for legal research. Our current hours of operation for the public are: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9am to 3pm. Members of the Washington State Bar Association may access the Law Library during normal court hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
