About me I'm an assistant library director at a university in Iowa. Before that I spent 7 years in a public library. Children's books & programming are my favorite part of library work.
About my library Unfortunately I'm a slow reader. Maybe that's part of the reason I read mostly kids' books! :) No, actually I think there is a lot of GREAT YA lit out there, and people would actually get more out of reading it than a lot of the popular adult stuff. I don't consider myself well read (mostly because I haven't read a lot of the "classics") but I am a pretty eclectic reader.
