About meCollectively, we are: engineers, geeks, musicians, artists, quilters, model railroaders, gamers, unpublished authors, knitters, cat people, New Englanders (Yankees, in the technical sense), and carpenters (of necessity--bookshelves have to come from somewhere). When we moved in together we had to build a second story on the house to hold all these books.

About my libraryOur personal collection is a little over-weighted towards fiction, relative to our reading habits. Historically we've tended to borrow non-fiction from the public library, because non-fiction usually comes in hardcovers--and, in our younger and poorer days, we'd rather get three paperbacks than one hardback.

I should remember to borrow some David McCullough from you sometime.
